We maintain a strict zero-data-collection policy in full compliance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), GDPR for kids, and Apple's Kids Category Guidelines.
1. Children's Privacy Commitment (Kids Category)
Kanapp is designed for children aged 3 to 6 and their families. Protecting children's safety and privacy is our highest priority.
2. Zero Personal Data Collection
We do NOT collect, store, transmit, or share any Personally Identifiable Information (PII), including:
- Names, dates of birth, email addresses, or physical addresses
- Credit card or payment information (all transactions are securely handled by Apple App Store)
- Contacts, photos, microphone audio, camera data, or GPS location
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA / IDFV) or persistent cross-app tracking tokens
3. Local-Only Progress Storage
All app progress data (practice stars, unlocked packs, sound/haptic settings) is stored exclusively on your local device storage. We do not operate remote tracking servers or cloud analytics databases.
4. Zero Third-Party Ads & Tracking
Kanapp contains NO third-party banner ads, interstitial video ads, or tracking SDKs. Children can play without interruption or accidental external clicks.
5. Parental Gate
All in-app purchases and external links are locked behind a Parental Gate (math challenge) to ensure parents have full control.
